The Old Folly Bears are limited edition of 1 bear. Bears ordered in a similar mohair although made of the same mohair may well have slightly different facial expressions. Colours may vary slightly from those on the screen owing to reproduction limitations. 

 

Orders outside the United Kingdom will be sent via Air Sure & will be at cost, any customs & or import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Postage on Bears within the UK will also be at cost, sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery unless you ask different. ( Normally delivered the following day, bears will have to be signed for. ) 

 

If a Bear has to be ordered then (a £30 deposit will be asked for on receipt of your order, the balance will need to be paid before your bear will be sent on his/her travels).

 

I do appreciate the problems of buying a Bear from a photograph and if you are not entirely satisfied with your Bear when he/she arrives then you may return him/her back home (in its original condition) within 7 days for a full refund excluding postage. Please make sure he is posted within seven days of receipt & in his original condition complete with all accessories. It is advisable to insure your parcel, however I am sorry but postage is non-refundable. (The only exception to this refund policy is where a Bear has been specifically ordered or is customized)  'Your statutory rights are not affected'. You may pay for you bear in the following way: UK Cheque, Postal Order or Paypal Rest Of The World Paypal only.
